POSTAGE

We endeavor to keep shipping costs to a minimum with options to Collect In Store or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (Once Complete).  

Please select your preferred option at the checkout.


DELIVERY

Any orders placed, for items in stock (non bespoke/personalised)before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All UK orders will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. 

However, if you require something urgently, please let us know and we can arrange a quicker postal service. All overseas orders will be sent by Airmail and International Signed For shipping (prices on request).


IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

PERSONALISED/BESPOKE ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER, NON REFUNDABLE AND HAVE A TURNAROUND TIME OF AT LEAST 14 WORKING DAYS - EXCLUDING WEEKENDS - TO COMPLETE.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY TIME.  POSSIBLY LONGER DURING PEAK TIMES.  PEAKS TIMES ARE JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.  PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE 20th WORKING DAY BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR AN UPDATE.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY GARMENT DECORATED WITH LOGO OR NAME (printed or embroidered) IS CLASSED AS BESPOKE OR PERSONALISED.

CUSTOM DANCEWEAR WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY MANUFACTURED FOR YOUR SCHOOL HAS A TURNAROUND TIME OF AROUND 8/10 WEEKS.  POSSIBLY LONGER DURING PEAK TIMES.  PEAKS TIMES ARE JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.  PLEASE WAIT UNTIL WEEK 9 BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR AN UPDATE.

ALL SUBLIMTED TEAM WEAR HAS A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED, ONCE WE HAVE REACHED THIS, ORDERS WILL BE PLACED WITH MANUFACTURERS.

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES AN ITEM THAT IS NOT CUSTOM MADE, PRESONALISED OR BESPOKE, THE WHOLE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED IN LINE WITH THE WAIT TIMES STATED ABOVE. 

TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED, THEY ARE A GUIDE WHICH WE ENDEAVOUR TO WORK TO BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND, SOMETIMES ISSUES ARISE WHICH MAY BE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.  WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MANUAFACTURING OR LOGISTIC DELAYS/ISSUES.

WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  


BACK ORDERS

On occasion, during busy periods, some products may become out of stock.  The team will be in touch should this still be the case after the expected completion date to discuss the next course of action.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return item/items in their original condition, tags attached, complete with packaging.  

Please contact us before doing so to allow us to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.  All must be done within 14 days of receiving items.  The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 

We advise obtaining a "Proof Of Posting" certificate from the Post Office. Refunds will be processed on receipt of goods, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe that the goods you have bought are faulty, please contact our team on dance@iddancewear.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Personalised/Bespoke items can only be exchanged if faulty.

Any items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault, it will be replaced.  This will be subject to inspection by us and our manufacturers.  Therefore, items must be retuned to us to allow us to investigate.  

If items are found not faulty upon investigation, they will be returned within a reasonable timescale.  

Items found to faulty upon investigation will be replaced in a reasonable timescale.
