Postage & Delivery
We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select either:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Signed For) – available once your order is complete
Free Collection from Store – iD Apparels, 16 Huntershill Village, Low Road, Bishopbriggs, G64 1RP
Delivery Times
For standard, non-personalised items, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, and often sooner. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you need an item urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an expedited shipping service. Overseas orders are sent via Airmail and International Signed For (shipping costs available upon request).
Personalised, Bespoke & Custom Items
Please note the following turnaround times:
Personalised or Bespoke Items
These are made to order and are non-refundable. Turnaround time is a minimum of 14 working days (excluding weekends) from order confirmation. Delivery time is in addition to this.
During peak periods (June, July, August, November, December), delays are possible. Please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us for an update.Custom Dancewear for Schools/Clubs
Turnaround time is approximately 6-8 weeks, potentially longer during peak times. Please wait until week 9 before reaching out for an update.
If your order includes any personalised, custom, or made-to-order items, your entire order will be processed in line with the stated turnaround times above.
While we aim to meet all timeframes provided, turnaround and delivery times are guidelines only, and may be affected by unforeseen manufacturing or logistical delays. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. However, please be aware of the following return conditions:
Personalised, bespoke, or custom-manufactured items (including those printed or embroidered with a name or logo) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless found to be faulty.
For all other items, returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Returns without a completed form may experience delays in processing.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear.
Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
Faulty or Missing Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please complete our Returns Form and return it to the address above for assessment.
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by emailing info@dancewearscotland.com.
Personalised or bespoke items will only be exchanged if deemed faulty.
Faulty items returned within 6 months of purchase will be inspected by our team and manufacturer.
If found to be faulty due to a manufacturing or decoration issue, the item will be repaired or replaced, and your return postage will be reimbursed.
If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you within a reasonable time.
Back Orders
Occasionally, items may go out of stock during busy periods. If this affects your order, we will be in touch after the expected completion date to discuss the next steps.
